    • Please note, we will drop guest at the parking area near jail and guests must walk around 200 metre and return after completion of L&S show.
    • Guests must come out after visiting jail and re-enter for L&S show, Guests can walk around the bay side in free time.
    • L&S show timing is in between 1800 Hrs.- 1900hrs subject to availability
    • The free time between jail visits & L&S show can be utilized in self-exploration ofthe  illuminated Marina Park and Sea shore area, evenings are pleasant and happening here.

    Day 2: Port Blair- Havelock- Radha Nagar Beach
    Havelock Island

    • Pick up from hotel to Port Blair Jetty for your onward journey to Havelock
    • If you have morning ferry, ask hotel to provide a Packed breakfast (Subject to hotel policy)
    • Arrival, Meet- Greet by our local representative and transfer to your booked hotel/ Resort
    • Afternoon, Visit to Blue Flag certified “Radha Nagar Beach” for swimming and relaxation.
    • Do not forget to carry changing cloths and towel
    • It’s not permitted to board the vehicle with wet clothes, please cooperate.
    • Make your own choice…. You can opt for Scuba Diving/ Kayaking/ Candid Photography at additional cost, booking in advance is recommended though our local representative also can assist you.

    Day 3: Havelock – Elephant Beach

    Havelock Island

    • Morning, Breakfast and proceed for “Elephenta Beach” also known as Coral Beach.
    • Elephenta beach is popular for Snorkeling and other water-based activities such as Jet Ski ride, Banana Ride, Sea Walk.
    • Usually boat operators provide a 5-minute snorkeling experience complimentary, however the same cannot be guaranteed
    • You reach Elephenta beach via small 11 pax capacity sharing basis boat board at jetty
    • You will be allotted a time for boat a day before and you need to get ready accordingly
    • Do not forget to carry a water bottle, snacks and changing cloths.
    • Important: In case Elephenta Beach is not operational due to weather conditions OR COVID-19 reasons, we will provide a trip to “Kala Patthar Beach” OR We can refund the applicable amount.
    Day 4: Havelock - Port Blair - Day at leisure
    Port Blair

    • Breakfast, check out and proceed for jetty and onward journey to Port Blair
    • Arrival in Port Blair, Transfer to your booked hotel, Day free for shopping/ leisure.
    • Other places like Corbin’s Cove Beach/ Chidiya Tapu/ Wandoor Beach/ Museums & Parks can be covered at additional cost subject to time and availability (Optional)

    Day 5: Depart from Port Blair

    • Port Blair airport is small with heavy traffic, we recommend you reach airport at least 2 hrs. prior to your flight timing.

    Advance Booking Fee

    • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
    • 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
    • 19 - 10 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost


    Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before date of departure and refund shall be made as per applicability

  • Cancellation Policy

    You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

    Cancellation charges per person

    • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
    • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
    • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost
    • In case of peak period, 100% cancellation charges applicable once guaranteed 
    • For any refund case, final discretion by hotel/ ferry/ transporter 

    If we change or cancel your holiday

    • We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.

    • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.

    • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

    • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.

    • If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.

    • In the case of cancellation of the trip, we shall process the refund as per the policy of the Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of the total cost of the package. 


    If you want to change your holiday plan
    After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by booker.
